Resumai (the “Service”) is provided by ARKADYA APPS, operated by Thai Online Solutions Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Resumai is an online resume builder offering free and premium templates, a credit system and an AI writing assistant.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

3. Your content

You own the content of your resumes and are responsible for its accuracy. AI suggestions are suggestions only — review them before use.

4. Payments & credits

• Prices are in Thai Baht and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (PromptPay or card).
• Credits do not expire, have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• A premium unlock applies only to the resume it was purchased for.

5. Intellectual property

Templates, software and the Resumai brand belong to the Company. You may use templates for your personal resume but not resell them.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee job outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
